Parcel Points UK Limited will accept liability for any parcels that are damaged or stolen whilst in the possession or care of a Parcel Point subject to the Terms & Conditions of Parcel Points UK Limited.

Your package cannot be collected by anyone other than yourself except by prior arrangement with your chosen Parcel Point. In any event no package or parcel will be released without identification first being shown.

With the Parcel Points service there is no requirement for you to leave personal information on our website or make electronic payments online. Customers of this service therefore have no risk of internet fraud or identity theft.
