It couldn’t be easier to use Parcel Points. When you place an order with your retailer leave your customer details unchanged but instead of using your home address as the delivery address, use the name and address of your selected Parcel Point.

Parcel Points not only accept packages from couriers, they are open to accept parcels from anyone who wishes to leave items securely to await later collection by a third party.

To find and select the most convenient Parcel Point for you, use our simple locator and enter your postcode or town where you wish to take delivery. This could be the one local to where you live and work or on your route home.

HELPFUL TIP: For on-line purchases you can simply copy and paste across the full address of your chosen Parcel Point as your new delivery destination.

Couriers or individuals will deliver your goods to your selected Parcel Point, where your packages will be kept in a secure room until it is convenient for you to collect them.

When you collect your packages you will need to produce some proof of identity and sign to show you have taken delivery. You will be charged a small fee of £1.00 for each package collected from the Parcel Point. This is the only charge for this service and no payment is required on this website.
