How do I find the nearest Parcel Point?
Simply enter the postcode or town on the locator page of this web site and the most local Parcel Points will be listed.
Will my parcel be safe?
Any parcels will be kept securely in a locked room until collection. Parcel Points UK Limited will accept liability for parcels up to a maximum value of £500, terms & conditions apply.
When can I collect my parcel?
Your parcel may be collected during the opening hours of your local Parcel Point, details of which are available on this website via the locator .
Do I need identification to collect my parcel?
To collect any parcel you must take proof of identity, preferably a passport or driving licence.
Can someone else collect my parcel?
Yes they can, by prior arrangement with the relevant Parcel Point. The third party will also need to provide proof of identity.
How much does the service cost?
The charge for the service is £1.00 for each parcel, which must be paid upon collection.
Is there a maximum size and weight for parcels?
There is a maximum weight of 20kg and any parcel should not exceed 1.5 metres in length, with a maximum combined length and girth of 3 metres (girth to be measured around thickest part).
Can I drop off a parcel for someone to collect later?
You may leave your parcel at any chosen Parcel Point to await collection by a third party. The recipient would have to pay a £1.00 fee to the Parcel Point.
How often can I use this service?
You may use Parcel Points as often as you wish.
What if there are no Parcel Points near to me?
Please recommend your local pub, garage or off licence on the nomination form and we will contact that business with the intention of signing them up as a new Parcel Point site.
If my chosen Parcel Point happens to be my local pub, is it compulsory to have a drink when collecting my parcel ?!
No, but it is an excellent opportunity to make collecting your parcel a very enjoyable experience!
