Parcel Points provide customers with the opportunity to have internet purchases and other packages delivered to one of their secure and convenient sites. No more waiting in for parcels; missed deliveries; parcels left in non-secure locations; or expense in time and fuel collecting your package from the courier’s depot.

All that is required is for you to direct your parcels to a Parcel Point of your choice and collect them at your convenience. Whilst in the care of a Parcel Point your packages will be kept in a secure area that meets strict storage requirements. Parcel Points UK Limited will accept liability for any parcels that are damaged or stolen whilst in the possession and care of a Parcel Point, terms & conditions apply. Upon collection of your parcel you simply need to show proof of identity and pay £1.00 per parcel for the service.

Parcel Points are businesses whose opening hours extend beyond normal office hours. These are primarily public houses, but include off-licences, 8 ‘til late shops and 24 hour garages, therefore your parcel will be available for collection when you are able to collect it.
